A resident of the metro area since 1983, I am licensed in all 3 jurisdictions and able to help buyers understand the jurisdictional and market differences so they can find the neighborhood and home that best serves their needs. As a Seller's Agent, I ensure that sellers receive the best service, most consistent communication and market updates possible in order to make the right decisions for them.

I am able to advise both buyer and seller clients on REPAIRS AND RENOVATION EXPENSES because I know my way around a construction site. My husband is a licensed contractor. And we live in our very own Work-in-Progress on Capitol Hill. It's 100+ years old.

On a personal level, I grew up in Sunny Colorado. I'm a real OUTDOORSy person. I love to ski and snorkel and travel. My dream is to spend my retirement hopping from beach to mountain to city. It's a Good Life!

  


Born in Alexandria Hospital (I won't say the year!) I can proudly say that I am a native of the area. Having such a perspective allows me the capability of matching clients with homes. For those relocating to the area, I'm able to guide, educate, and thoughtfully suggest alternatives they may not have considered.

Acclimating clients to the current market and lending conditions are key components that I'm skilled in. I like to share all relevant information with our clients so they are able to make well informed decisions.  Like Chris, I am also licensed in all three jurisdictions but am especially fond of the Alexandria area. I love what I do and believe it shows in my work.

The only thing better than finding "home sweet home" for a client is my fantastic family of five, well six if you include our 5 lb Maltese, aka Mr. Fluffington.  In my spare time, you'll find me teaching a yoga or spinn class - clients are always welcome to attend!

A resident of the Washington DC metro area for over 15 years, I come to Fischer McMaster Homes with an extensive background in event management and catering sales. After so many years in the service industry, I truly believe that client satisfaction is of the utmost importance. To that end, my goal is to make each client feel like they are my only client. I aim to listen carefully, pay close attention to details and help you to make educated decisions throughout the buying and selling process. You can rest assured that you will always get my best.

Outside of work, I keep myself busy with my wonderfully supportive family (husband, two kids and two spoiled cats) and renovating our home in Hollin Hills. I have a serious passion for food and wine stemming from my years in catering and the restaurant business. I also strive to take as many fine art and yoga classes as I can fit into my schedule.



As a licensed McEnearney Agent for the past several years, I bring the skills and perspectives I learned working with my own clients, to the support of Chris and Sandy as their Manager of Client Services. I am thrilled to have my evenings and weekends back and otherwise to work alongside these two talented and dedicated young women as they build a successful and client-centered business, designed to give you the very best of service.

I immigrated from England in 1980 to marry my US Army husband and consequently moved many more times before settling in Northern Virginia about 13 years ago. I understand personally as well as professionally what it means to uproot your family to move to a new house, new school, new church, and new neighborhood. My three grown children are spread across the country from Alaska to Arizona to Canada and I enjoy the opportunity to travel to visit them wherever they are. The teapot is on any time you want to stop by!
