From the moment John McEnearney founded our company, the focus has been on delivering a superior experience for our clients. And in John's view, making good on that commitment requires full-time, well-trained professionals who share his passion for helping make our clients' dreams reality. For over 30 years, we have built the company one quality Associate at a time. In fact, many of our Associates were buyers or seller clients of the firm prior to being licensed.

Our newly licensed Associates go through our classroom-based Foundations program and receive rigorous training on the many contracts and forms used in our region. Equally important, every new agent is mentored by an experienced Associate. Associates transferring from other firms are attracted by our robust education program, which includes all state-required continuing education provided in-house, along with regular marketing, negotiating and business development classes and hands-on workshops led by Michael, a member of the Management Team, their peers or outside professionals.
