Maryland

Maryland offers a wealth of historical and cultural attractions for visitors and residents alike. It is the birthplace of our "Star Spangled Banner." Located in the mid-atlantic region, Maryland's hospitable climate allows residents to enjoy all four seasons and a host of year-round outdoor activities, from the Potomac to the Chesapeake. Today, Maryland is home to a number of institutions and government agencies including the National Institute of Health and Food and Drug Administration. Its towns and cities are well maintained and well serviced.
