I am a long time resident of Alexandria with 30 + years working in corporate America and enthusiastic about being part of the McEnearney team, the premier realtor in the Washington, DC market. The same skills I honed over my corporate life easily transfer to help you buy and sell your biggest investment, your home.
As your Realtor I will listen to your needs, educate you on the process and your options, help identify lenders and other critical vendors. I will keep you informed throughout the process and together, we will develop the best strategy forward. I will provide marketing, help negotiate value, advocate and partner with you every step of the way. My approach is quite simple, I devote my energy and focus on your success in completing your transaction, when and the way you want it done.
Before joining McEnearney I was the President and CEO of Cassody Company, providing human capital consulting to commercial and government agencies. Prior to Cassody, I served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for CACI responsible for all Human Resources activities world-wide. Earlier in my career I held senior positions with General Electric/GE Capital, Valero Energy, Government Technology Services Inc. and Unisys.
As a service disabled U.S.M.C veteran I am particularly interested in helping active duty military and veterans find affordable housing that is why I obtained an additional certification specifically focused on working with military personnel. I am also very interested in helping first time buyers or sellers find the right solution to their real estate needs. The Washington, DC real estate market can be a challenge for all, so my promise is to make the process as easy for you as possible.
My wife and I live in Alexandria. Both our children are in college. Our daughter is a Musical Theater student at Pace University in NYC and has been seen on stages in this area and NYC for over 10 years. Our son is at Georgetown University where he rows for the lightweight crew. My wife is a 25-year special education professional with Fairfax County Schools who after many years in the classroom, mentor/coaches new special education teachers across the county.
We are passionately engaged in activities which support Childhood health issues. We founded and direct The Chiari Group http://thechiarigroup.org/which is affiliated with Alexandria Community Trust (ACT). Through various fund raising activities we have raised over $200k for Chiari Malformation pain research. We are actively involved with the Georgetown Crew Boosters and actively support other childhood health causes.
If you are thinking about selling or buying a home or know someone who is, I hope you will consider letting me show why I will deliver extraordinary service and value.
