Kathy received her law degree from the George Mason School of Law in 1993 and enjoyed many years practicing in residential real estate settlements, family law and civil litigation. As a former divorce lawyer, Kathy has an eye for detail, advocates tirelessly for her clients’ interests, and knows how to negotiate contracts and resolve issues.
Kathy’s philosophy in providing excellent service to her clients is quite simple: she has her client’s best interest in mind, first and foremost. With an optimal listing price, she aims to sell her listings in the shortest amount of time with the fewest problems. And for her buyers, Kathy listens to their “wish list” of desired features and finds a home that satisfies their wants and needs, in the right location, at the best possible price.
To say the least, Kathy has extensive knowledge about living in Northern Virginia and will provide solid guidance to her clients on finding the home that fits their needs, desires and budget. She grew up in Burke and has lived and worked in many different areas of Northern Virginia, including Centreville, Fairfax, and Arlington. She raised her own family in Alexandria and has called it home for the last 22 years. She speaks from experience regarding what Northern Virginia has to offer its residents.
Kathy is married and has three children. In her spare time she enjoys playing tennis, traveling with her family, and walking the family dog, “Benny.”
