I ran into Ann at the grocery store one day and mentioned that I wanted a house where I could stand at my kitchen sink and look into a garden. A few weeks later Ann called and said I found your new house. She was right - I bought it that afternoon. The garden view from the kitchen sink is fabulous. -Gail Landgraff
We moved from California. Once we went to contract on the house we wanted to buy, we had to return home to pack. All the details to get to closing had to be handled by phone. Ann stayed in close touch with us and got us over all the hurdles to closing in spite of the long distance. -Dick and Anne Reisig
We found working with Ann to be a great experience. She is thoughtful, energetic, and fun! We laughed about lots of things. She made the very stressful experience of selling our house and buying a new one as pleasant as possible and even showed up with lunch on moving day. -Mary and Bill Stone
We need more space due to a new baby. Ann not only been helpful to find the house she has been helpful with the baby and is very empathic to moving with an infant. -Mike and Mary McCracken
Buying an old house that needs remodeling is scary. Ann did not gloss over the work it would take but she cheered us on as we decided to do it. -Rex and Ray Stephens
