As a native Washingtonian, I have lived and worked in the Washington, DC area my entire life. After graduating from University of Maryland with a Business/Marketing degree, I worked in property management for ten years in the I-270 corridor and moved on to advertising sales throughout Maryland, DC and Virginia before having children. This diverse business background has enabled me to effectively assist my clients in navigating the sometimes complex process of buying and selling a home.
My interest in real estate grew out of my own personal search for a home in suburban Maryland. Not only did I achieve my goal in finding the perfect home, but it provided me with a thorough knowledge of the value of homes in the Rockville, Bethesda, Potomac, Chevy Chase and Kensington neighborhoods, as well as the many school choices, recreational facilities and community resources available throughout.
Having grown up in a family surrounded by architects, I pride myself in a natural ability to envision a home's current and future potential, particularly assisting clients develop ideas for remodeling and home improvements to meet their needs. My Cuban-American heritage has given me the ability to speak Spanish fluently which allows me to communicate effectively with the larger public and with my many service providers in the industry. I feel fortunate to reside in the beautiful community of Ashleigh in Bethesda with my husband and four children.
My number one goal in business is the satisfaction of each and every one of my clients. In this ever-changing real estate environment, where every buyer and seller has his own individual wants and needs, I uniquely tailor my approach so that all my clients have a successful, professional and stress-free experience. It would be a pleasure to assist you and your family in buying or selling a home in Maryland.
