Born in Washington, D.C., Trish has lived in the area all of her life. She truly is a native Washingtonian and has watched the transformation of the nation’s capital over the years. Seeing the transition, growth and development of communities throughout the D.C. region lead Trish to pursue her passion for real estate.
Before transitioning into real estate full-time in 2015, Trish worked for 17 years in the federal government as a Contracts Specialist and Program Manager for the Department of Health and Human Services. There she mastered the skills of managing complex multi-million dollar federal contracts, large federal procurements, acquisitions, projects, and senior level executives. This background gave her the knowledge and foundation needed to successfully immerse herself in the real estate industry as well as the skills needed to smoothly guide her clients to home ownership from contract to close.
As a full-time real estate agent, her clients appreciate her extensive knowledge of D.C. They admire her professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail. Trish brings a friendly approach, an ability to analyze market trends/data, and an extensive knowledge of winning strategies for buyers that is critical in the highly competitive, fast growing D.C. real estate market.
In her free time, Trish enjoys shopping with her daughters, preparing a great Southern-Creole Louisiana style Sunday dinner for her large modern-day blended family, and she absolutely loves a great bowling night. Trish lives in Maryland with her husband, her children and their cockapoo, Gia.
