Arlandria

Arlandria was heavily developed in the mid 20th century to meet the rising demand of housing from federal workers moving out of D.C. Arlandria is the northern most community of the City of Alexandria.

An integral part of the Arlandrian experience is Four Mile Run Park, which blazes its own little trail in American history. The park borders Four Mile Run Stream, which runs into the Potomac River. Arlandria is bound by Glebe Road to the south and Route 1 to the east. Mt. Vernon Avenue will bring drivers down into Del Ray and to the Braddock Road Metro.
