Ashburn is located west of Washington, D.C., just beyond Sterling. The community is part of Northern Virginia’s well-developed tech corridor that stretches from Reston to Leesburg. Ashburn offers a contemporary environment with all the conveniences to fit, which includes excellent shopping opportunities and several golf courses. The two major thoroughfares that service Ashburn are Route 7 and the Dulles Greenway. While the second phase of the Silver Line metro will not be completed until 2016, there is a Loudoun Commuter Bus with direct service to the West Falls Church metro station.
