Falls Church

Falls Church, Virginia is a region governed by Fairfax County that is directly surrounding the City of Falls Church. Sharing a common history with the City, Falls Church’s history dates back to the 17th century with the establishment of a colonial settlement. It takes its name from The Falls Church, which was established in 1732. Prior to western settlement, the area was home to members of either the Anacostan or Doeg chiefdoms.
