Ashburn

Ashburn is located west of Washington, D.C., just beyond Sterling. The community is part of Northern Virginia’s well-developed tech corridor that stretches from Reston to Leesburg. Ashburn’s substantial growth has been bolstered by the presence of a range of telecommunications, IT and Internet service companies.

Ashburn is a medium-sized community with a large number of recently built townhomes and single-family residences. The car is king in Ashburn although that may change with the arrival of the planned Silver Line metro in 2016.

Proximity to Dulles International Airport is a luxury many in Northern Virginia are not afforded. Ashburn offers a contemporary environment with all the conveniences to fit, which includes excellent shopping opportunities and several golf courses.
