Alexandria - Kingstowne

Until the late 1980s, Kingstowne was largely undeveloped and was a bit of a rural island surrounded by rapidly growing areas of Fairfax County.  That all changed with the launch of the Kingstowne planned community, and the last two decades have seen the emergence of a well thought-out area of apartments, condos, townhomes and detached homes with wonderful community amenities. Tucked between the Franconia and Huntington communities, Kingstowne continues to grow.
