Laurel

Laurel is a city that occupies the northern tip of Prince George’s County along the fall line of the Patuxent River. It includes four unincorporated areas: West Laurel, North Laurel, Maryland City and South Laurel. The city was the site of a number of a large cotton mills during the late 18th and early 19th centuries.
