College Park

The city of College Park is located east of Silver Spring, north of Hyattsville and inside the Capital Beltway. Its name alludes to its collegiate surroundings: College Park is home to the University of Maryland.

College Park began as a farming community centered around the Maryland Agricultural College in the mid-1800s.
