Alexandria - Kingstowne

Until the late 1980s, Kingstowne was largely undeveloped and was a bit of a rural island surrounded by rapidly growing areas of Fairfax County.  That all changed with the launch of the Kingstowne planned community, and the last two decades have seen the emergence of a well thought-out area of apartments, condos, townhomes and detached homes with wonderful community amenities. Tucked between the Franconia and Huntington communities, Kingstowne continues to grow.

Quality of Life:

There are lots of area community centers and pools, tennis courts and a large Town Center with great restaurants, stores and movie theaters.  And for the golfers, there is the first Top Golf facility in the United States, an innovative driving range complex that offers sensors embedded in the golf balls to track your shots, as well at the public Hilltop Golf Course.
